Not sure if this is really "handling," but if rearsets go here, I guess pegs do, too.
I got a set of the silver milled pegs from kneedraggers.com. Installation was pretty easy, except breaking through blue threadlocker. Just make sure to test things out before you go out on the roads (see my other thread: http://www.r1-forum.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=42906) In short, don't overtighten the peg boss, and don't forget to lubricate, or you may have shifting problems due to the lever binding a bit. I think, though, that this isn't a flaw in the pegs, since the stock pegs should have the same problem under the same conditions.
The extra inch of legroom is very handy, and for those who ride more aggressivly, the extra inch of ground clearance should be useful, too. The 360 degrees of adjustability is very nice, especially for 1/10 the price of new rearsets.
