Los Angeles Motorcycle Show

I have been to that one ..... it is a Harley show .... lots of bitches and a few vendors .... mostly Duc. It was OK. There were a few sportsbikes but almost all of the show was harley. They did have a Dyno ... don't know how much, if any, it cost. Have fun Jim

Have fun Jim Yea, I was gonna say, it looks like it's a big cruiser fest. In the UK, they have these big sportbike shows featuring tons of aftermarket vendors. Wish we had something like that here. In Detroit, I think, there's a big vendor show but it's only for dealers.

Damn that sucks... I was hoping that at some point I'd get to go to a sportbike show. I mean, don't get me wrong, I don't mind going and seeing these Harley shows (went to the Laughlin River Run this year and it was pretty damn cool), but would be nice to have a darn sport bike meet for once!!!!

There is a sportbike show .... you just missed it. You can also go to the races ..... the last one was in Fontana .... lots of vendors, leathers, helmets etc...... it was more for the sportbike crowd. The LA show is not that good .... all harley's and it is not that big .... it is a little boaring. Sorry but that is how it is. Jim

I went to one in Long Beach that was good. It had all the bikes from the big 4 there. I do not remember when it was or if it is an annual event. Any other big events going on soon?

Just read the flier. I'm in. Should be a good time at worst.

I was a flag/corner guy at the TT races ... it was cool ... I was there sat and sun .... I didn't think I saw you ..... there was a ton of people there ... it was fun ... now if we were going to that kind of event .... I would be all over that ... but a harley show .... there are cute broads, but all the vendors will be for harley stuff .... When are we going for a ride there cowboy ?????

i wont be able to ride for about six weeks, i have a broken wrist. Did u ever get ur schedulre so that u are not working on the weeekend?

Bummer about the wrist .... I have sun, mon and tues off ..... I have been riding Palomar (fast side), Sunrise Hwy, Banner Grade, and Idlewild to Hemet .... I am practicing my cornering and speed .... although I recently got a ticket and then a day later got pulled over again ... only a warning that time ..... I try to ride more during the week ... not as much traffic and cops. Let me know when you are all healed up and ready to ride. Jim
