I've got my bike up on stands in the back yard while my wheels are in getting machined. And I went out the other day and noticed a couple of really ugly scratches on the left side of the tail. Eeither the dog jumped up on it or some dam kids hit it with something. And I'm positive it was the latter.

The scratch is wide like it was scraped with a broad side of a peice of wood or something, and it dosn't look deep.

Are there special shops to work on bike cowlings? And can they do it without re-painting the whole tail?

Of course this had to happen right after I spend like $1500 on other parts.
