help any one?

okay i replaced the battery had the regulator checked, checked the starter relay, changed the fuel pump, & relay. and still the bike doesn't want to start all the time. i have to bump it. any ideas?:( :cryin

Does the motor crank over at all....Not sure of the wiring, but you should be able to check with a volmeter if its getting power to the starter...this would be the first thing I would check if the motor sometimes doesn't crank over. Happened to me on my Duc. it was a bad starter. Sometimes it would work and sometimes not.

spark plugs ok?

clean & sync carbs?

air leak in carbs? wrong carb settings?

If mine doesn't idle above 1500 when it's cold and it dies it doesn't want to start then I have to unplug the headlights and it starts then. Thanks Martinc
