well that should be easy to get out of, just point out that E13 is a European regulation and doesn't apply to Australia (yet)

Me thinks that the E13 thing is about not having a Race pipe. I think he's talking about the little inner pipe in the exhaust...... The E13 thing is coming don't you worry The stickers are coming twodogs.

Well just annoy the hell out of them and get the aftermarket pipe tested for ADR compliance and they can whinge at you all they like and you can laugh when they try to ticket you for it and point to the little sticker that tells them they can go stick it. You can get it checked and dealt with at Boondall Police Station for free 3364 3399. Only on Tuesdays i believe. You shouldn't be presented with a Defect notice if they find your bike is too loud, but ask before you go just to make sure. If your bike is running stock pipes then your fine as the noise sticker will quote its compliance with ADR, otherwise you can do the above jig and dance and you should recieve a sticker (like the one you already have) saying that you comply with the ADRs. At which point you can tell the traffic Nazi where to go.
