Hey i was wondering what kind of lid and riding gear do you guys have it is so hard to find anything that matches that color scheme. I am about to get a bike and wanted to get the riding gear soon. If you guys could post pics or links or whatever you guys are using it would be great!

I agree, get an all black helmet and an all black jacket. If you're going to try and match the flamed R1, it's not going to happen. The red in the flamed R1 looks more like a "satin" or "silky" color instead of just being red. It almost has a purplish tint to it.
Oh hell, what do I know. I'm almost color blind anyway :finger

I was able to match it pretty well, it's the metallic that's tough. Using a couple of shades of red on the helmet worked pretty well.

Black in Kalifornia will kill me. I replaced my black RF900 cause I felt I was wearing a dutch oven on my head.

lol black is going to be to to hot!!!! lol anyways so you guys just bought black helmets then custom painted it? Man that sucks cause that means i have to spend some money. Maybe i will have to option for the jackass look and just have like a nonmatching red with black lid and gear.

Mine started red and stayed red.

I have all black leathers. And I am in the process of looking for an all black helmet. Make sure you get perforated leathers if its all black and a good ventilation helmet.
