High speed jiggles [Archive]

At high speeds 120+ the rear vibrates a whole lot. It feels like the wheel is unbalanced but it's not, I've checked that 3 times. Also checked nothing is binding in the rear suspension. I put an ohlins rear shock on it and left the settings standard. What would make the shock damp more at high speeds? Does this sound like there is not enough compression or rebound damping? Or too much damping?
