ok this is a true story. no joke. i originally bought my first gixxer 600 in jun 2001. totalled it that same year. in april 03, i finally was able to cash advance $4500 for my birthday so i caould by a new bike- "used". i found a gixxer 1000 on yahoo classifieds for $4500. long story short i wire transfered the money through a fake escrow service and lost $4500. no b-day gift for me! but the good news is. i won a 2002 r1 on ebayfor 6200! thats was a deal but overall i paid 4500+6200= $10,700 fora used 2002 r1. Unfortunately tehres no way in gettin back that $4500... the bright side is.. i got a better bike than what i originally set out for ....
