Where To Get Gear???

Howdie guys. I'm an Aussie currently living in Denver, in the States. However I'm moving back in the next 6 or 8 weeks (sometime in October). I'm gonna get straight into riding... dunno about an R1 or not yet, but we'll see. Anyways I was just wondering how things are gonna be different... Where are you moving to? Brisbane? Sydney? Melbourne? Perth? Weipa? Canberra? The Motorcycleaccessory super store in sydney I think it's called has a web site. I don't know the URL but I'm sure I'll find it and post it. Um, as for the R1 now that there is no 250 restriction for learners you can go get an R1 if you wish. It's only as dangerous and you make it. Crack the throttle everywhere and your gunna have a big one. I say do it. As soon and the boss lets me buy a new bike I'm back onto the R1. Cops are c_nts Speed limits are 110 Kilometers the hour on the open roads. All suburban streets EVERYWHERE are 50 Kilo zones now. double demerits nowa days so back when you got done for 15-30 over and you lost 3 points and 80 bucks now its 6 points and 160 bucks. Redlight cameras are also speed cameras, so speed through certain intersections and you'll get a speeding ticket. PS, buy what ever you need from Spiderman and the boys from Finishlinecycles.com before you leave, it'll be heaps cheaper and the boys will look after you. 50ks?!?!?!?!?!?! Jesus that is slow... Streets here average from slow (60ks) to fast (100ks) and thats NOT on the highways. I am moving to Sydney to live with my grandparents for a few months and then down to Adelaide for Uni. I will be buying a bike (prolly a 600 or 750) as soon as I get down there and get a job. Are there any sites for classifieds other then netbikes??? Yeah I heard that I should buy gear here before I come cause I'll save TONS. Thats great that they dropped the 250 thing, but whats the story with getting your license down there. I was planning on using my US license while in Sydney at least. What will cops think of that???
