I went to a place called poincianna yesterday with some buds to ride. I was comin around a tight hairpin at about 45-50 and forgot I was on an 02 and not my 01. I did'nt keep the countersteer pressure up and started to run wide . I could see the dirt coming up and stood the bike up I rode right through the infield and back on the road surface. Not 30 minutes later a guy on a ZX-6 packs it in on the same turn. Sad part is , this guy decided to leave the bike and report it stolen. the damage to his bike was only about 1500-2000. I don't know what they did with it but my guess is it's still out there hidden in the brush or something. But I can offer this . Those 35.00 Joe rocket gloves suck ass. This guy's hands came right out of the gloves. I've got two pairs of teknic speedstar gloves and I've been down with a pair on and at 70 mph slidin on my back the gloves held up and I can still wear them.
