I just weighed my stock wheels as the front is 10.5 and the rear was 15.5 with the stock cush drive. The "Y" spoke PVM's in forged aluminums weigh 8.5 front and 13.75 rear with cush drive. We also have these same wheels available (special order) with magnesium hub sections which shaves another 1/2 to 3/4 quarters of a pound. The weight distribution also improves handling as the weight is more centered in the hub, thus acting like a lighter wheel than it is, area with a lighter hoop section. The wheels for Ducati, honda's and GSXR's are even lighter due to the rotor carriers on those bikes is not huge like the yamaha's. These wheels are 30% stronger than stock and will greatly improve the handling on the machine. We also have forged magnesium's at 4.8 front and 10 rear with everything including rear rotor. Look for the wheels in the wheel shoot out next month in sport rider. These wheels are also powder coated and the machine work is awesome! The WCM Moto GP team is on the wheels.
