Just wondering, what you all take to a trackday, aside from your bike and riding gear.

When I go to a race or a track day here is what I take besides my bike, trailer Tools (never can get enough) Spares (you do not want to wreck and break a brake lever and be out the rest of the day just because of that) canopy (for bikes and myself) tent (to sleep in the night before, unless we sleep in the trailer) big piece of green carpet to put the bikes on grill to cook on LOTS of water.....i usually get 2 cases and throw them in a cooler beer for the night after the race:beer

if you're required to safety wire things, take a pair of safety wire pliers and wire. Sucks to need to change or check something and then not be able to go back out becuase of no safety wire.

Bring a Razor or, better yet, an electric Bladez scooter to get you from the pit garage to the bathroom to the roach coach. I know I'm a lazy a$$, but it beats walking around in 98* weather in your suit!

Don't forget the key, if your bike still needs it for the gas cap. Here's what it looks like if you do (no, that's not me in the pic, but it was my idea on how he could fill up his tank):

Eyespy, you left out the kitchen sink. :D For a Track Day, if I go down and ruin my leathers, I won't be needing backup leathers because I'll be done for the day. The only thing I would add is something to clean your visor with, and maybe a spare visor.

Man I cant believe the gear you guys bring along. On the way to the track (which I ride to cause I dont have a trailer), I fill 'er up and do tyre pressures. Icheck all fluids the night before and if required change oil and filter. And give one whole bike a bit of a check over for anything loose. I take my back pack and throw in heaps of drink and a few munchies. Depending on the weather I take a clear visor as normally I have a tinted one on my helmet. Thats about it.

I had the trailer built to my specifications, so it was complete when I took delivery. Cabinets would be very convenient, probably across the front. Post some pics when you can.

heres the best tip ever for us track guys. go to chemist/ drugstore, and buy those stick on nose clasps that gp riders use. they open your nasal airways and they really help breathing, which i'll bet we all forget to do properly sometimes on the track. they really are great:yesnod wipe nose first with isopropyl(rubbing)alcohol. also i take a laser pyrometer to record tyre temperatures. i write down suspension settings tyre info etc on keith codes back pages out of twist of the wrist.:fact

I am about the same.. i ride to Philip Island track with what i carry and topup with fuel around the corner from the track.. i normally have ppl that also go with trailers etc, so I just give them some $$ so i can fill when i run low.. i ride 90mins there, then do 6-8 20mins sessions, then ride home.. def sleep well that night
