Anyone alive and still riding in Connecticut? Nobody seems to browse this here particular part of the forum. I'll be ridin till it snows, if anyones down, post somethin to show some life here.:jump

Im from New Milford, CT--right now Im in VA. Actually I kept CT plates on my R1 so I wouldnt have to get inspections down here. My parents live in New Milford (where I used to live) and when I rode, I was like the only bike out until I went to Marcus Dairy and met up with some riders.

I think a trip to NY/CT sounds eye opening...what kind of temps are we looking at up there though?

whats the story with that bike. i saw the ad in the bargain news abiut being in a bank robbery or something like that.

yeah, it was stolen from me, and the guy who stole it used it to rob a bank the day after he took it. The guy was wanted for murder and the whole nine. Gang member, all kinds of sh%t. Ex con, just got out of jail, broke into a cops house, took his badge and his gun, then came to me with his story about him being a cop. I let him take it for a ride, and he never came back. The bike was recovered a day later, unscathed, but was impounded cuz it was now evidence. The guy was finally caught in Florida, so the bike was returned to me last week. Im now tryin to get rid of it, i think im gonna trade it foir an R6. Only 600 miles on the R1 though.

Hey Youngblood6, I live right off Federal Road by Exit 7 on i84. A few of my buddies live in NY and we normally do the MD -> Bear Mt, via Rt.301 all the time in the summer. We'll have to hook up. Do you know when the first Super Sunday is? I think it's April 18. Thanks, Ray

Bros, Nobody is riding up here, just me and one of my buddies, unless you want to count the two BMW riders, I saw. This coming weekend 50 degrees on Sunday, I'm all over it. Where else do you guys ride? I'm down for some distance riding this year.
