CALLED OFF Read post on page 4 Barber Track Day in the Spring April "whos in" $10,000.00 a day unlimited bikes! unlimited bikes on the track! Payment Update ( Corner workers & Extra Ambulance ) $200.00 = 60 bikes ( 20 on the track at a time 3 groups ) I'd need all the money up-front none refundable! Plus contact phones numbers for each person. Think I'll check on April. As long as the day is open the price is the same (weekends)!! I need to find out when the money is to be paid!! WE NEED 60 BIKES anyhting more is a plus!!! Brooke has put a form together for us so when we take up the money things will run smooth. Everyone can print out two copies of the form and fill both out . Once both copies are filled out mail one to me and hold on to the other to bring to the track day (filled out the same way). Once I receive the payment I'll assign you a number to write on your form. This way both forms will match and there will be not BS about who has not paid! I'm in, and I know I can probably get a couple to commit from Ohio. I also know of a few that want to go from Oklahoma that pretty much are guarantees. I'd say including myself, I could probably get 3 to 5 people involved. Lets start planning!

I would only be interested if we can get at least 50 bikes. That would be awesome to have 50 R1's at the track! Good luck! I will keep an eye on this.

Man 2 bill is a lot to drop for a track day when you can go to Jennings on a monday for 85 :) Maybe a smaller track would make it a little more economical

conerworks $22.00 = 60 bikes We brought or own corner workers at the last track day we had. We had one preson show up to work cornres and I brought him. Barber is a big track I say we should pay them and be done with it.

Barber is definately worth the extra money. I did it in September with Nesba and it was 185.00 if you were a member. And that was with a ton of people there. If we can get it for 228.00 or even 190.00 that would be a heck of a deal. Especially for our own private track day in my opinion. I am definately in if we get the numbers.

Dose not look good guys!! email form them April is fully booked for 2004. To be honest the whole calendar is almost booked for the year. I am soon looking at the 2005 calendar! We run rain or shine. Unless there is threatening weather or sever weather, we cannot give refunds or discounts if in fact it does rain. There is a 25% deposit fee. The due date would be specified on your contact (usually several months before the event). The remaining balance is to be paid closer to the event date. Camping is an option. There is an overnight security charge to the club, so it is at your discretion as to whether or not people are allowed to camp. The only time guests have to pay is if it is considered an open event. I like to have a list of names to put at the gate, so the guard knows who needs to be there and who doesn't. I hope this clears up a few things. - Let me know if there are any other questions.

Well, looks like I'll be going with NESBA then. For Nesba members the trackday is $185. No date for 2004 but I'm sure they will have a few there.

Kneedragger77, from what I have heard NESBA is gonna have 3 separate trackdays there next year. I did the one there in Sept. It was awesome!:rock I am in the Atlanta area and plan on doing all the ones Nesba does at Barber next year. And probably the ones at Road Atlanta too. Hopefully we can meet up at Barber. BKR1 did the one with me in Sept and we had a blast. Look forward to meeting you. And maybe getting a few pointers.

It's going to be funny if FastLap has a track day there in April!! Email from them ( I ask about the 2004 Dates ) We'll have to wait for Wera, CCS and all of the other race orgs to set they're schedules before we set ours.
