It is for new 02 R1 with fuel injection, same concept as rejetting a carb bike, you are able to adjust fuel and timing for exhaust and engine work that you might do.

I am selling the bike too, I got a deal on a 01 Gsxr 1000 that I could not pass up, and for as much as I ride I am going to sell my R1, the Parts are brand new in the box, I have never even opened the exhaust, I had a steering dampner as well but sold it. Randy blownlx351@aol.com
