Gregge flushmounts

I live in N. virginia and need bright turns signals (very bad drivers here). I was thinking about getting greggs flushmounts but a little concerned if they are bright enough.. So what do you all think..

Definately bright enough, and possible plus is that if you replace stock with them w/o replaceing or adding a flasher relay, you will have them blinking faster as well!

No way, they are totally useless. I mean they look cool but they are way too small for other drivers to see you from the front. You can see them fine from the side but from the front they blend witht he headlights and cars aren't looking for little tiny blinkers. In other words, be careful when turnign in front of on coming cars.

You should be careful turning in front of cars anyway, seems like the most dangerous sane manuever is the left turn....

Thx Guys.. I was thinking along the same lines as Jd. I'm sure there birght enough but the Headlight would wash them out and on coming traffic they wouldn't be to useful....

Give us a call and we can hook you up on the Ohlins forks and shock. We have the radial kits available now as well to bolt right on the ohlins forks...They are a need and not a want! When you need something you always find a way to get it....

:cool: Yeah, Ive got them on my '03 and they are way bright, and they look awesome too!! They fit perfect, easy to install and you can see them from any angle.

I love mine. I do not really think that someone looking at your bike from the front is the one that you really need to worry about. I think it is the cars from the side and the back that need to see them. As far a bright go, when looking at your bike from the front, you can see them reflecting off of the bariers, ground, and cars near you. they are very bright.

I don't have them on my bike but have seen from a friend bike. From the sides they are very bright; however, don't expect much from the front.

Virginia and I think i'm going to modify the marker lights in the corner of the headlights to also be turn signals. Thinking of some LEDs, not sure how this will really work over the head light though.....will report when done.

I"ve got Gregg"s on my 02, they are bright, but not from the front. I bought them for the clean look. couldn"t be happier
