Okay so I installed a Scotts damper. I think i have it set to medium-low constant resistance. I havent even messed with the impact resistance or the arc or resistance settings. Does anyone know what good hiway settings are, or riding in town and the track?
whats the break down
Thanks,
Flynn

for hwy i usually have it set 3/4 of a turn out from full in and around town down to about 1 turn out from full in.

MAke all your damping adjustments with the low speed valve only. Leave the high speed valve in the factory stock position. Keep the sweep valves set to full sweep on both sides. Use the lightest slow speed daming circuit adjustment that tames any head shakes you may be having, which for street riding/hwy commuting, should be essentially none, if your suspension is set up good.
