:hellobye Where are tha riders from Germany?? Okay so there's snow on the ground, I know that I've seen more than a couple R1's out and about!! Is anyone needing info on obtaining there German race license for the upcoming year? Hope to hear from ya all!!

Im a rider in Germany.. Darmstadt to be exact. Infact its nice out today.. snow on the fields but sunny skies and semi warm temperatures.. March 4th, 2004. Ive been holding back for the riding season. This R1 only has 4100 km on it. Almost brand new even though its an 02. Im giong back and forth on whether to sell it for the 04.

i just wanted to do a bump to get ahold of some more riders in germany, im getting back into country soon and my R1 is being shipped in a few weeks....

let me know whats going on in germany, i have only been in country for a few months...

Man that original post is old, but good to hear from ya. We have a group of riders "Euroriders" that usually ride every weekend. They come from K-town, Mannheim, Darmstadt, and even here in Stuttgart. I'm racing during the next two weekends, but since you're in Ramstein, contact Ronald Rink on your global and he'll be able to hook ya up with the right peeps for the weekend rides. Hope to see ya out there on tha autobahn. We race near Spangdahlem this coming weekend so count me out. Holla at cha!

well im new to riding, so i think i will be doing alot of parking lot and slow crusing to i get used to the R1, ive rode before, but other peoples bikes... dont flame me on this, i know what i am getting myslef into.. :) thanks

but yeah, i will look out for you all when i get back... i still have to get my r1 shipped from the states... its at my folks place...

and i got to do that MSF course to get my motorcycle endorsement... such a pain...

True tha MSF is a pain, but well worth it too! We've got waaaay to many of us going down both stateside and here in Europe. Some peeps still think ego and throttle go together!! They really need to bring that to the track!! Fo shizzle!! If you get a chance, holla at Ron and see if ya wanna roll up to the track on Thursday. Hockenheim has open track days about every other Thursday. It's usually packed but definitely off da chain!!!! :jump

well im in iraq till the 3rd, and then i still need to get my bike on the road, but that sounds like a plan though... ill email him when i get back in country... thanks..

We haven't had nearly enough group rides this year. I basically ride with the Heidleberg crew out in the Oden Wald. The Darmstadt riders have too much family stuff going on.

Mochocolate... you ride with the "Euroriders" from Stuttgart? We need to plan a Black Forest ride. Do you go to Hockenheim on Thursdays tourist track (terrorist track day)? Weather permitting I'll be there on Thursday with a few friends.

I'm plannin on Hock this thursday, but I've got a race on Friday and Sat. Big head Aaron still doesn't know if he's racing this weekend or not. I'm just glad he got his bike back!! Yup I'm part of the Stuttgart Redline kat, but I'm usually racing during the same time ya'll ride.

How they got caught... the neighbor called the polizei and said the block smelled like "drugs". Thats halarious. Im surprised they didn't total the bike on the Autobahn. Good thing though.

We're racing at Dahlemer Binz this weekend and then in Staubing next weekend. That will conclude our 04 season and we'll probably hit up a lot of training days at Hock, Lausitz, Sachsenring, etc...I should be there on Thursday, but not sure if I'll be on the track, I'll probably have my race R1 with me and those peeps won't let us on the track unless the bike is street legal. Holla back!

Reese?!? Hah! I am Kevin.. I met you at Aarons place. I ride the Silver 02 with the Devil SB2 Exhaust. Remember me? Did a couple of wheelies and such while ya'll were loading the bikes in the back of your truck. I was there with Eugen (blue 04 r1) and Victor (gsxr 1000)..
