No don't know him, I know most of the crackheads and night zombies that walk around all night specially in east little havanna. I mainly concentrate on the area of from 27 ave east to the river and The trail north to Nw 7 st.

he is a MPD . he is in some way in charge of PAL. I think. he is my front door neighbor!

I've been here in miami for about 2 yrs. most of my time has been in the south end on midnights where the action is. I don't get to see the guys from other areas on the other shifts that much. I know alot of guys by face. I don't know how you can live there, man too much crime. you must bring your bike in the house at night, right?
