O.K. People coming from the Gold Coast Please ride to the Calamvale Tavern and be in the carpark at 10:30am Sunday 15 R1 Crazy/Tron/Tubby Jaydee and Buj' Be out the front of the Boarders in the City at 10:50 Any other riders from the Brisbane area, pick a meeting spot. We'll wait 5 minutes at each spot for straglers. Post your acceptance!

uncle petrol...do you work in the city ? if you don't mind can you come and check on my rear tyre ? think its a bit balding soon....not too sure bout whether i can make it for glorious... i did a la gary mcoy powerslide just now.... not intentionally but lucky i had experience b4 on my 2 stroker ( not on purpose too....) i managed to save it.... is it me or the tyre ? now im so afraid to tap on the rear brakes...i use the front all the time now.... but i think the thread is a bit balding.....not too sure...need an experienced person to check for me.... and how bout engine oil levels n such ? argh.....think i gotta start learning bout the bits n pieces.... (cos im a fan of long distance rides...)

jaydee's working till sunday morning 6 am...so i guess he might not go...cos he might be too tired n buggered by then.... well, lets hear it from him ...

I deleted them cuz of whoring. From the Gold Coast - Go North on the Freeway until you get to the SPRINGWOOD exit. From that exist follow the road to the left, at the intersection with the road at it, not the car park, turn left onto COMPTON RD - follow that until you see the CALAMVALE TAVERN.

yeah, thanks for the beer jack. and cheers to the organiser, mr petrol spice... yes it was very hot, everything was burning, esp my brakes ...lol but at the end of the day, chilling out at petrol's place was cool too. we should have more of such tyre fryers meetings ! todd : whats that about beer on Friday at story bridge ? huh ? hmm maybe i missed out something just now ? anyway, my last exam paper would be Friday, and yeah, i would be up to this ! (bbq at petrol spice next time perhaps...heh...and my balcony's open if you guys wanna organise a drinking session ... quite a nice view at night , and very windy too ! eh...but no throwing of bottles off the balcony ! haha...) hmm, back to topic, i thought of bringing my digital camera today, but i thought its gonna be just me and petrol spice, thats why i didnt bring it in the end. anyway, yeah, i would definetely bring it along next time around !

I suggested as we were leaving that we catch up at the Story Bridge Hotel for a few tasty beverages on Friday evening... :beer But now that I think about it I don't know if that would be the best place - they only have one pool table! :fact If there are any other suggestions feel free to post them - I don't know too many drinking holes around the area yet. :thumbup

i reckon the exchange would be good. nice place n many pool tables. but i was wondering....whether it would be too packed on friday.... if you guys can get off work early on friday, we could meet there in e late afternoon n get it rolling. as for parking, i have one , so does petrol. and if you guys aint pissed enough, theres still 20 stubbies at my place ! looking forward to it guys

i would be changing both tyres... i want a new set of tyres of my own... only by doing that, then i would remove the barrier in my mind bout "not my tyre" ....thats why im not so confident n braking like shit everywhere i go btw how much did your front n rear diablo cost ? its the super corsa right ? not the normal diablos ? petrol spice actually told me the original dunlops would suit me...
