Well i have come to the conclusion that the advanced rider training course was a waste of time :) The 4 hr course involved a lot of talking, 5 mins on the bike in a parking lot. And 30 mins on the road. The other guy and I both learners, were at a set of lights. The bikes both have huge learner plates and stuff all over them. And he decides to do a big burn out. We're sitting at the lights, hes frying the rear wheel of the learner bike. Traffic all around us. The instructor was further ahead of us, having made it through the lights, and we had to stop. The light turns green, and we both drop the clutch, and dragging each other down the road till we caught up with our instructor. I was laughing my ass off. Was one of the funniest things ive ever seen on the road! So we proceeded to ride around in formation, popping littl wheelies and stuff where ever possible. End of the day, he says we were fine :) I been giggling all day lol

Yeah it costed me $219 for 4 hours and the hire of their lawnmower.....err 400 cc bike. It only went for like 2-2.5 hours, and even then he was just chattin and stuff for ages. It was to go from my RE to R license. If u have had ur car license for 3 years, or ur RE for 1 year, u can get ur R license. It costs a little more than just taking the test. But atleast its more comfortable and relaxed, and more educational. I learnt quite a few things, and had a really fun time. So yeah learners to P's. I didnt think you have to take a test to go from P's to opens. I honestly do not know why i avoided doing this.

im still not 2 sure how the licencing system works up here... ummm 4 bikes anyway... being from nsw it's a little different i think. in 2 days i will have had my car licence for 3 years, then i can go straight from my learners 2 my R licence. just gotta get some documentation from the RTA in nsw stating when i first got my licence & i should be ready 2 do it :) will be good 2 actually ride around & be legal :D errrrr tho im still expecting the sumons 2 go 2 court when i got done 4 speeding 2 arrive in the mail any day :(

tub06 to prove about your licence in NSW i think all you"ll have to do is,go to the RTA or can do this on-line,ask for a licence print out, only problem with this is it shows when you got your L"s,P"s,open"s and every fine, defect your had. I had to get something similiar for when i started my job,my print out is 1&1/2 pages, but on a funny note a friend of mine, his print out is nearly 9 pages

Well its better than nothing! An easy way to get licensed :) But was less than i expected. If ur paying $ for instructions, they should train you to do all the stuff properly. I think morgan and whacker actually do performance training. I might have a look into that :)
