ok guys,

heres another twist....after petrol met with the unfortunate accident, mine came the next day.

On the way back home after a night out with James and Todd.
I was going along the office district, many cars, i was cruising,

then a bloody cabbie on the extreme lane decided to do an illegal u turn. he didnt see me, neither did i.

i stress again i wasnt speeding.
farker turned out, ate into my lane and when he saw me he jammed on his brakes. what the hell am i supposed to do but ram head on into his door.


I remember doing a somersault like Jackie chan, and then lan on my bum on the side.
no scratches on my gear, helmet n gloves.



now gotta wait for the insurance company to do the assessing of damages.
im sure i will win this. so my mind is at ease.


the thing now is....
my legs r screwed.
left leg no broken bones but seems like the tissues over there got a hard knock n is now a little sore whenever i apply my weight on the left foot.
the area between the toes and ankle.


anyway im glad no broken bones in me.
my right side....the tendon or dunno whatever was kinda pulled. so now i cant stretch out my right leg . cant bring it up to waist level even....dammit....
some kind of tissue damage again....


the doc says my injuries are ok...just need time for the tissues to repair on their own.....no bones harmed. all good.





the thing is...my right ball hurt like shit....
i m keeping my fingers crossed....

anyway, my plan is.....
do physio , make it a long run thing,
and then 6 months down the road, im gonna sue the bloody cabbie , on the ground that my gf left me cos my ball hurt so much that i cant fark good. lol

and i have difficulty walking since its my left ankle....
and riding bike (change gear) and driving car (clutch)


im gonna sue that bloody guy off,
make sure i get enough money for

an 04 r1 and a twin turbo supra or prolly an m3.....





for now....it hurts so badly.....im limping like i got anal by a thousand ppl.....sucks to be me.




to all the other tyre fryers out there, be careful ride safe.
this week doesnt seem too good somehow.
be safe, focus on the road,
drive or take public transport in the meantime.
(wait till the bad omen is gone....)



i will be out of action for a month or so.....in the meantime....
im joining the out of action guys like JMR and petrol.

I know about the tissue damage, it's almost 2 years after my accident where I was broadsided by a hispanic lady running a red light. She hit me when she was doing nearly 45-50 mph, I still have problems with my knees, and my right foot has an odd tendon on the bottom of the foot, that feels like it shouldn't be there. My right leg was bruised from about 4 inches above my knee, all the way to the toes, and about twice the size it should've been. You'll be better, but you'll be feeling pain after an accident like that for quite a while.

last weekend the 5 us of had a great day up glorious... a few close calls (well i know i did anyways)... and now look at whats happened... :(

todd, dude im taking your advice & not riding till the weekend. i haven't touched my bike since friday nite before we went out. god only knows what's going on inside my body after that big nite!!

Go see the physio. It might only be soft tissue damage. But get that stuff taken care of, or else u will be feeling it for times to come. :fact

And I don't think any court will believe that u had a GF :lol

Yeah take your time, and recover. Get urself and the bike fixed. Then sue him for compo. He was in the wrong, and it affected you adversly! Dont get too greedy tho.

that's exactly wot i did!! it took 7 weeks 4 my fractured ankle 2 heal... 3 months 4 the insurance money 2 come through... and now that that's all sorted out im in the process of sueing the chick the ran in2 me!!

it'll take another year tho before i see any sign of some $$$$ from the insurance company... 3rd party personal injury claims ususally take about this long :(

not good to hear.. anyway u cant really sue the taxi driver unless you had some serious injuries, ie broken legs, etc.. but his insurance should be paying to have your bike fixed or written off (mmmmmm 04 R1) :)

i just have ridden harder......then prolly it would be a total loss.....lol

im fine....just limping real badly....it really hurts now whenever i put my weight on my left foot.
my ball is feeling much better.

i shall wank tonight and make sure that it doesnt shoot out blood.

the bike is very much farked too.
whatever plastic that is on the bike , its cracked up.

the clutch and brake levers are gone.
the rear foot pegs have snapped into half.

and my yoshi pipe is dented in......
heard from the guy at City Yamaha saying that it cannot be saved...



well, i really hope this bloody thing comes through quickly and the green light given to replace all the damaged parts.

Right now, it seems like im in a better position of winning case, just hope that nothing screws up more again...

and yeah, its getting the insurance off him and not mine....
lucky me....

But getting back to the prangs, c'mon guys. We all like to have fun on the bikes :sneaky but you can only go so far depending on your experience. The only place that I push myself is at the track. There are no fences, light posts, cliffs, cages (cars) or pedestrians :eek: that will get in your way if you misjudge something. If you fvck up while pushing yourself on the track you can just let go and slide into the runoff (as I did a couple of weeks ago) or ease up and just ride the bike off into the dirt:thumbup .

I used to push myself on the road and have come within the size of a bee's dik of highsiding, lowsiding and running into cliffs:no . Believe it or not, you can have fun on a ride without pushing yourself. Learn the road (thouroughly:fact ), meet other riders, go warp speed on a quiet highway and if you can't resist the temptation, check the road out before you go hammering through there!!!

That's my 2 cents. You can take it on board or keep going as you are now.

i might be going to turn up for my medical appt again at the royal brisbane hospital at 930am.

im too lazy to go....
and from the past experience, their quality and service sucks...
wasted so many hours of my life....
im not thinking whether to follow up on my treatment or not.

they have not gave me any drugs or any treatment....
all they gave me was an ankle support sock.

im still wondering wondering.....should i go or not....
gonna cost me so much for cab fares again.....fark......!!!!
im really getting broke.....

and i havent found a job....if this thing carries on.....i might end up selling the damn bike.......how i wish i get well soon n start working....

I think he prolly wouldnt feel guilty about anything. he's prolly cursing me right now. i hate cab drivers. hate hate hate !!!

Anyway, I think he would not be driving around for some time anyway since his driver's door been dented in all the way and the windows been smashed up.

Don't think they can carry out the repairs until their insurance guy gives the green light for them anyway.


well, I overslept and didnt go for my appt.
I figured out the hospital would not be able to do anything since I've got no broken stuffs, just tissue damage which would only recover over time naturally.

i'm still damn pissed and depressed right now.
I've been worrying bout my cash flow ever since.

Been spending too much on cab fares and phone bills.
Now I cant even call or sms you guys cos im out of credit. at the most i would sms you thru the internet...
don't be surprised if my bike's gone and i get a car instead....


but you guys have been good buddies to me.
I treasure this bond we have. No matter what happens to me, I would still turn up for you guys night outs for beer and chickys as usual. (cept that maybe cant be able to do mountain rides with you guys anymore)

BUT.....this is just a possibility only....
i've not confirmed my decision yet.
If luck is with me, I get well fast and get a job soon, I might still stick to the dark side. heh
