If it doesn't ship this week then I would really appriciate someone going by and talking to him. I will let you guys know what the story is.....the saga continues.

Update: Myself and one other victim I know of have filed with the FBI fraud bureau and better business bureau. We have contacted the Plantation Police Dept. They informed us that they could investigate/press charges as long as the victims send Mr. Rosaly/SuperbikeConcepts.com a registered letter requesting our money back. He then has 7 days to reply, No reply/money then the cops will investigate. As well as that I have been flooding his emails nightly with crap with one of those mass mailer programs. It could be working because today I got a reply from Charles/superbikeconcepts.com saying that he can either ship the helmets or return my money. I responded by saying GIVE ME MY MONEY. If anyone wants to drop by his place please do so, this guy is such a fraud. His feedback on ebay is -2! I hope I get my :dollar back. I think an Admin should put a sticky warning about Superbikeconcepts.com?:dunno

I ordered an rx7rr (I think) Hayden replica helmet. Got here in more time than I wanted to wait but it got here. Then April '03 I decided I wanted the Hayden matching jacket. Anyway, we came up with a killer price and he asked that I should send him a cashiers check ( BIG MISTAKE) so, sense before he got me a killer deal on the helmet, I trusted him again. So I got a $360.50 cashiers check written out to "Super BIKE CONCEPTS INC" (I still have the stub) mailed it, he received it. A month went by with no jacket but with me e-mailing him about it. He constantly told me it was on its way or it'll be there shortly. Finally after about 2 months and no jacket I told him to give me my money back. He said that wouldn't be a problem. So another month goes by with me constantly e-mailing him asking where my money was. Sometimes he said he had sent if off, sometimes he said it was on its way, sometimes he said he didn’t have it and was close to going bankrupt. I told him I didn’t give a fck and to mail my money that HE had back to me. Another 2 months go by. All the time of me threatening him to give me my money back or I'll file a report to the FBI, going to the cops etc. Every time he told me that I shouldnt be harsh and to give him a chance. Finally I told him he could make it up by sending me that new Aria wraith in red. He said that would be cool....Another month goes by. No helmet, no money, no jacket nothing. So I leave it alone for a while, go to several attorneys including my aunt. Some say that I should take it up with the Fl Attorney state general, some say Take it up with the TX State attorney General. I left it alone and thought about what I was going to do. Finally I had an opportunity to go to Fl myself for spring break but I found an abandoned Pit-Bull and it kind of threw me out of the trip. So now, I’m back at square one and $360.50 dollars short and over 9 months later. Fckin Charles, if I ever meet that sob.... Anyway, that’s my story. Some of you know I was a Deputy Sheriff for 11 years in Florida and almost all florida agencies have a theft and fraud division within the departments. DO the right thing and contact the appropriate agency in your area and allow them to take into account the information that you have on this scum bag and have the local police in his area work with the other agency to get a warrant for him.... Getting him arrested will be the first part of retribution for this asswipe and the judges will order restitution and all that crap to get you reimbursed as part of his sentence. You might not get it back right away but it will happen. Now support the forum sponsors there is plenty to choose from, they are proven reliable and they can actually get you alot of stuff not on there websites.

I did a little investigating myself on this matter yesterday and it looks like he was trying to sell his business to the shop near my house and from my understanding he is a real sarcastic dick he told the owner of the shop I go to that he was having money problems and wanted to sell out all of his stuff.

Well, sense Im in TX and dont have any contacts in FL like the cops or Attorney General, I would apreciate it if anyone would go to the cops there in FL for me. Why would it be stupid to help out a friend? A cop shouldn't laugh at you if you described the situation. That’s what I want someone to do. Or, have the local authorities call me if you don't feel comfortable doing it. All you have to do is tell them one of your friends got his money taken and lives out of state but the guy that took the money lives here. Also you should tell them the whole situation, how the guy out of state isn't the only one that’s been screwed over. Give them my number breifly describe to them whats up so they know your not BSing them and have them call me if you don't feel up to it. (man this spell checker sucks, has to go into word)

The theft report needs to be initiated at your local (your own town's) police department. That detective division will collect your evidence and take it to the defendant's town police. Someone else going to the police is going to look like a dumbass trying to explain the situation.. If you can picture it .. the local PD will probably brush it off as a civil dispute depends on how lazy the officer that takes the complaint is. Criminally the victim here would have to prove intent to defraud, which means he only broke the law if the store/guy took his money with no intention of ever giving anything in return. The best way of doing that is to find out everybody that this guy screwed and never gave anything back to show that there is a pattern. My advise is, if he hasn't got his money by now, don't wait another minute, there has already been more than reasonable time elapsed to have given the goods or a refund. start the civil suit going today if you want to get at least part of the money back.
