The only question I have for you: How does it sound??? As I told you before, I need to hear what it sounds like before I spend that kind of money on an exhaust system. There's got to be something you can do to get a sound clip. If you are tight enough with Wolf to get us a group discount, you should at least have access to a sound clip for us to hear. If not, then at least a testimony from an owner of one of these systems might suffice.... Anyone have any idea what these systems sound like??

What is the final cost before shipping for the complete system? And yes, sound bite would be nice.

Final cost before shipping is $1160. Shipping to most destinations in the U.S direct from the UK is approximately $80. I will work on the sound clip. Regards

I RECEIVED MY WOLF UNDERETAIL EXHAUST IN MAY. I HAVE THE CARBON FIBER CANISTERS, WHICH LOOK GREAT WITH THE SILVER R1. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THAT IF YOU WANT REALLY LOUD PIPES, THEN THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT. THEY ARE CLAIMED TO BE 105dB, BUT I THINK THEY ARE LOUDER THAN THAT. THE SOUND IS UNLIKE ANY OTHER PIPE I HAVE HEARD BEFORE. FLAT OUT KICK ASS SOUND. I HAVE RECEIVED HUNDREDS OF COMPLIMENTS ON THE LOOK AND SOUND OF THE PIPES. MY ONLY DISLIKES ARE THE PRICE, OF COURSE, AND THE CONNECTOR PIPE HITS THE REAR HUGGER WHEN YOU HIT A BUMP ON THE ROAD, CAUSING A SMALL BURN SPOT ON THE HUGGER, BUT NOT VERY NOTICABLE. I HOPE TO HAVE PICS POSTED SOON OF MY R1. :rock :rock :rock

POWER INCREASE IS CLAIMED TO BE ABOUT 6 HP, ACCORDING TO WOLF EXHAUST. I PERSONALLY DID SEE A POWER INCREASE, BUT NOTHING DRAMATIC. THE TRANSITION FROM STOCK TO AFTERMARKET WAS VERY SMOOTH, WITH NO HESITATION WHATSOEVER AT ANY POINTS DURING ACCELERATION. JUST REMEMBER, THIS IS A SLIP-ON SYSTEM, USING STOCK HEADERS AND STILL USING THE EXUP VALVE. I BOUGHT THIS EXHAUST BECAUSE I WANTED TO BE DIFFERENT. NO ONE WHERE I LIVE IS AS STUPID AS ME TO PAY $1300.00 FOR A SLIP-ON EXHAUST, BUT THE ATTENTION THESE PIPES GET IS UNBELIEVABLE, AND THE SOUND IS DIFFERENT THAN ANY OTHER PIPE ON THE MARKET. :rock :rock :rock

How do you mount your rear turn signals? On that little bracket? If so, how do you route the wires so they are not noticed and don't melt? I'm really interested in that exhaust Looks super kwel:cool:

I CUT OFF THAT BRACKET FOR THE TURN SIGNALS. LEFT JUST THE LICENSE BRAKET AND PUT A 45 DEGREE ANGLE TO MAKE IT LOOK TRICK. I MADE MY OWN BRACKET, WITH THE HELP OF MY R-1 COMPADRE', ANDYDALAMAN, FOR THE BLINKERS. WE PUT THEM IN BETWEEN THE CANISTERS AND THE TRUNK. THEY ARE COMPLETELY OUT OF SIGHT UNTIL YOU TURN THEM ON. I WILL TRY TO GET SOME PICS POSTED NEXT WEEK TO SHOW MORE DETAIL.
