Was out riding at 595 and 136 ave on my WR250 and 3 sunrise cops came out and told me to take off and if they found me there again i'd get hit with trespassing and no motorcycle endorsement. they also blocked off that overpass area and the trail that you take to get back into the trails in markem park... gotta make sure they fence off every last bit of land to make sure no one can have any fun, god forbid some tool goes out and hurts himself. wankers! :boom :rant

Just take a drive in the car on a Saturday or Sunday morning and keep your eye out for people riding on vacant land. There is a spot at hiatus and commercial where dirt bikes go on weekends. It is east of Sawgrass on the southside of the road. You take the road behind the gas station to get there, but you better able to back-up with a trailer as it dead ends, and your car won't make it over the dirt piles for you to turn around. Also, you do not need a motorcycle endorsement to ride on private property especially on an off road vehicle, so the cops were just trying to scare you.

I see the trailers lined up there every weekend....

Those guys? Really? I always see a bunch of kids on 50's and 70's out there, but I guess there could be older brothers with chips on their shoulders lurking about...:)

I stay right over there 595- 136th. There is also a FHP station for those who are on the rd. I seen a dirtbike track off of turnpike north. Probably like 20 minutes north of FT. LAUDERDALE. That's not really my gig, but it looked fun..
