Not only that their stand are tops notch above the rest but good at customers service too. We had a personal tour of the facility at huntsville today. Just hapen to pass by the facility. Charlie the President even ask my buddy to bring forward the bike so he could show the various stand try outs on new and old. Well he gave us a  good deal and i'm gonna take it. he prefered cash though. Now i know why customers stand behind Pitbull stands! front stand requires a longer pins to avoid the brake cable(contact) on our 2004 R1. so make sure you mention the 2004 R1 pins.

well, that goes to say, he's pretty much not picky about the price eh.....i got the same front as hot rod but different rear stand though. Its call Front Rear Stand.....you basically use the stand from the side....easy! ohh i remember him(charlie) saying about getting cheap stands at their vendors, AMA race venue for exp.

Totally count me in for a front and rear. Who can set it up? I think it was Big Deezul who did it on the R6 forum.

Hey guys, I need a front & rear. If we can't find anybody to set up group buy, and no body wants to do it, but can tell me what to do or who to contact, I'll do it. I need these stands before the money goes away, and that is going to be VERY soon... I've found decent prices, but don't want to pay $50 for shipping from a state away (Ahem, PARTS 411!) So, if somebody can tell me who or what to do, I'm on it like a fat kid on a cupcake! Corey coreyperez@Hotmail.com we need to make this happen SOON!!!

Well I haven't had any input from anybody, so I'm pressing on with my own purchase. Below are a few prices & places I've found & am impressed with: Spyder Racing: $300 Shipped (Front & S/S Rear) www.flatoutmotorcycles.com $279.00, still waiting on shipping quote www.pit-bull $289 shipped to the door - Purchased! 6-10 days back-log. Best of luck guys, I didn't want to wait any longer. Corey

I too didn't want to wait, so I ordered a set of Redline stands for $150 to my door. The arrived rather quickley and now I just have to paint them. A touch more work, but for half the price of Pit Bulls. I think I'll be very happy with them. Boss

I too considered the redline's but I've got a tube bender & all that stuff at home, and could have made those with zero problems, I just didn't want to deal with it (and the stupid thing is I already have the rear bent up!). Anyway, I also wanted a triple stand, vs a fork stand. I've seen a lot of bull's and truly, other than the price, there isn't a better stand on the market. Redline: my 2nd option! Corey

well.. i bought the pitbull front stand (the new version) from a local dealer.. it cost me like $130 and i imagine the rear stand will be less.. i will post the price i got it from him.. although.. shipping them to a third party would cost more because of the weight.. but i imagine they will be no more then 250$ (and thats a high guess) IXI

Oh, also check E-bay motors and do a search for "Bike stands" you will find a lot of crap ones like the LP, but there has been a few bull's on there. The last one is ending in a few hrs and is currently at around $80+ ??25 for shipping. Corey

Hello everyone I apologize for my post being this long but I just had to share my experience. I have been buying motorcycle products from various stores since the time i got myself a Yamaha 2006 R6. I had read lot of reviews about the quality of the Pit Bull products and decided that I should get a Pit Bull stand for my bike. The new ones were a little expensive for my budget. So the best place to go for decently priced products - Craigslist. I initially got myself a Pit Bull rear stand virtually unused for $100. It was a real good deal. The purchase instantly paid off as i was able to change the engine oil myself and saved the $90 that a dealership would have charged me for the same work(not accounting the cost of oil and filter :P) I was so impressed with the quality of the Pit Bull rear stand and winters fast approaching, I decided to get myself a front stand as well. This time again a good deal on Craigslist for a triple tree stand. Something about this front stand was not right. I was just not able to get my bike up on it. I tried a few times (contacted resources on the forum here) and finally gave up and decided to calling Pit Bull. The customer experience was great. Pit Bull does not have a dedicated customer service desk. The guys who make the stands are the ones who help you out with the problem. They are all in one, tech support, customer support not to mention building the stands as well. The person I spoke to took the time to understand my problem and was with me on the phone for 30 minutes. He said that the problem could be because the pin may not be the right size. So they shipped a new pin across to me - no charge. I tried again with the new Pin as well and still the stand would not work on my bike. This time i took some photographs of the way the bike was sitting when it was on the front stand. I sent these photographs across to Pit Bull and called them again for help. The photographs did the trick. Immediately the Pit Bull rep realized that the Front stand was an older model not built for the new bikes. Guess what Pit Bull decided to send me a completely new stand without any charge on me. I was amazed with what they were doing for me. I have had experiences with other organizations as well but this is my first time that I have been thoroughly impressed by the attitude of this company. For them customer satisfaction is more important than profits. i have never seen them having big advertisements but I guess they are most popular bike product company because of their name. I would definitely recommend buying Pit Bull products. You may buy them at comparatively higher price but rest assured you will be a satisfied customer for as long as you have and use their products Way to go Pit Bull. On a scale of 1 to 10 for product and customer satisfaction I give you 12 :)
