Reward Offered For Stolen Bike

Blue, 2001 R1 VIN # JYARN05N11A001260 Identifiers: Front Braided lines no guides at the calipers. As well, where the lines are fed through the guide below the triple tree, I used some pieces of rubber from the old lines. Not fully surrounding the lines but just between the lines and the guide itself. No warning stickers anywhere. There is an identifiable scratch but you have to look really close. It is on the left rear cowling just to the left of the "R1" What makes the scratch identifiable is that it is straight up and down and about 2-3 inches long. Stock 207's on it still. Stock muffler has a couple "brown" marks or scratches on it. Rear fender is cut, home job by the guy that owned it before i did. Really messy job, needs sanding. PIAA Star White Bulbs. Small blue spool bobbins. Very low mileage..as mentioned just over 1600 km's at time of theft. Thats about it. It is pretty stock and pretty common so my hopes aren't that high for recovery. Fcuk me. I can't believe how shitty i feel right now. I got to ride it once this year....now its gone! I swear if i ever catch or find out who did it, all 6'2 and 230 pounds of me will be stomping on the heads of the "small boys" that did this!!! They even took the f'ing lock i was using and the waterproof cover! My last bike was locked up the same way for the last 5 riding seasons without incident. Sorry for ranting guys! my buddy is a cop... said there is alot of bikes getting stolen this year..... did you have insurance????

Yah, had full coverage but with 1000.00 deductible. Its been just over 3 weeks now and nothing from the cops. Too busy giving out traffic tickets I guess. Anyway, crossing my fingers for a recovery. Hopefully it'll showup in the next week or so.

I hope it shows up too... I had a buddy who had his R1 stolen last year in August... he did not hear from the cops till December... They had found the bike in september, busted 2 guys for theft, but his motor was in a different bike.then his frame.. and his frame had all different colour cracked up bodywork... not even his stock stuff.. I am not sure if he got it all sorted out yet... good luck...
