Code in TOTW II brings up an interesting point, acceleration out of a turn should be increased as lean angle is washed out. So as you are exiting a turn and the bike is straighting out, the contact patch get's bigger and more power can be hooked-up to the back end.
Make sense but It's the complete opposite from what I was taught (can't remember where or when). Once a line has been choosen for a corner, immediately get on the throttle and increase power through the turn.
It seems that option#1 is a little more dangerous since the dynamics/geometry of the bike are changing. Option #2 the lean angle is constant all you are doing is changing weight distribution by increasing power.

I'm interested to hear what other people think on this subject.

Technique actually implies that you have developed a technique - How To's implies that you are developing a technique. I don't want to split hairs here but is that the most constructive thing you have to add ????

EXCUSE ME !!!:ugh

Budha, is'nt trying to be a smartass, he's just stating the obvious. It'd also probably be to your benefit because Kieth Code has been known to actually post up in the Technique section of this forum. Since you're asking a question about his book , you might just luck up and have the answer given to you by the man himself. But based on percentages and probabilities I'd venture so far as to say it won't happen in the HOW TO section. Not a crack at you but just the facts.
