Who is coming, 15 to 18 April at the Gap?

Just wondering. Eric and I will be there thursday evening. Probably ride good roads in georgia and surrounding areads Friday, and then do the Gap stuff a couple times saturday. Head back sunday morning. Who will be there?:jump

I would stay away on the weekends the Blount county fuzz is EVERWHERE go threw the week. If u go during the weekend make DAMN sure u have tags mounted prop. and All of your paperwork and dont SPEED threw the DRAGON I promise u WILL get a ticket for somthing.

Just checked the weather and the temps have been raised to 74F on Friday and Saturday with 10% chance of rain . Should be damned near perfect!

No different from other years really. Just don't do stupid $hit and you'll be fine. Riders coming from the opposite direction will normally warn you about cops - and check with others before you leave the CRoT. Also, when we say we're going to Deal's, we're not going to be riding the 11 miles of the Dragon constantly for three days. maybe two trips across it and that'll be it for me. Place is too crowded. NC and northern GA are the better places to ride anyway...

I think it's like 3 hours from me if it is then I wouldn't mind riding down there for a day.

Kneedragger77, GAWarrior, BKR1 and a few others will be arriving in Robbinsville Thursday night / Frdiay morning. Mete us at the Philips Hotel in Robbinsville, NC if you wanna nriode with us. You always ride the Dragon in the morning (before it gets buisy and the cops get there) and later on after 6:30 or so after the traffic dies down and the cops leave. Ride all the other roads between then.

Are you talking about Deals Gap? I watched them put in the 30 MPH signs late in '02. It was a sad day.

Yeah, I didn't know it was 30 back in 02:dunno I was there last year in November and didn't notice any, but then again I wasn't really looking for them.:lol and killboy's site has it listed that they were recently dropped to 30. so it all beats the hell outta me.
