I was on my way to work this afternoon and got a ticket for weaving in and out of traffic it was a bunch of shit because if the cop was really behind me (which he was no were in site) he would of got me for the wheelie I did. The ticket reads speeding & weaving in & out of traffic for approx 2 miles it also says the bike is purple. So when I asked him why he pulled me over the only thing he said was that I must have been doing 100. but yet I did not get a speeding ticket. da

Better to pay the $100.00 to a Lawyer and have it squashed, no points that way...Save $$ on ins ....IMHO

take it to court and tell them your bike is blue not purple, when I get a ticket I always look for mistakes.......it is one way to get off....

I got a ticket at port st lucie too,,,cost me $400 plus a trip which I got blown, most of the time, the way there.
