Yamaha extended service???

Hey R1 owners I have a question....Has anyone purchased the Y.E.S (yamaha extended warranty) for their bike? Or know anyone who has? If so is it a beneficial deal and what does it cover??? Thanks in advance riders! Danny

I have the Y.E.S, I bought my bike used from a dealer its a 2001 and when I bought it it came with the Y.E.S so I got lucky! But I think it is worth it. It covers bumper to bumper pretty much everything but the clutch I think. I haven't had to use it yet and I hope I don't have to but you never know when something could go wrong so its better to be safe then sorry!

Thanks a load fellas. My new r1 should be here anytime and I have been patiently waiting since the first of April. As soon as my year warranty is close to being up im going to get three years of the Y.E.S service.....like you said you can never be too sure. One thing I know is that if your getting a new bike dont sell your old bike until the new one "arrives"......what an idiot I am. Thanks again riders!! Danny
