Just wondering what is the best stuff to use to get grease from the chain and other crap of the frame. I don't want to scratch it or use anything that may eat the paint.

I use 'Honda Brite' in the red pump can on everything but the chain. You wet the areas, spray it on and hose it off. Not too bad on the rubber parts either, (discoloration). Really works well on the swing arm area.

I don't know about using the polish to clean the grease off but putting it on afterword would be good. It will make the next cleaning easier.
