Just wondering what is the best stuff to use to get grease from the chain and other crap of the frame. I don't want to scratch it or use anything that may eat the paint.

not on the chain, i used the polish to remove the grease off the bike. the chain i use wd40 and then put a couple coats of chain wax on Extremesupt 05-10-2004, 09:52 AM I use 'Honda Brite' in the red pump can on everything but the chain. You wet the areas, spray it on and hose it off. Not too bad on the rubber parts either, (discoloration). Really works well on the swing arm area. GXRKLR 05-10-2004, 01:16 PM I don't know about using the polish to clean the grease off but putting it on afterword would be good. It will make the next cleaning easier. | |
