ust got some info on the guy thought died over the weekend. My gfriend and co worker went to the Gap with him and told me the story. It was SO stupid a way to go. He went roaring up wheelie hill and didnt drop the nose until he was right at the curve. He never had a chance to slow. He went down the bank a long way before he ate a tree. My buddy stayed with him (he was concious) until EMS arrived. He had to ride the 2 hours back by himself (spending most of it in his head I am sure). He arrived at the guys house in time to hear the Trooper tell the kids he didnt make it.
My point is twofold. The Po will surely be heavy while we are there. And please dont do anything that dumb. My bud is scarred bad, and I dont think anyone wants to explain to a friends family about their loved one getting hurt.

I've always wondered why people do burnouts and wheelies up that stupid hill... Its stupid, nobody cares, and obviously is dangerous.
Im sorry for the death. Yes, troopers will probably be out on the weekend in force. Therefore, I'll be riding other roads...

wheelie hill is long enough to do just a short little wheel lifter, but that about it. you shouldn't do it anyway, but just be carefull up here guys...
