Hey all
Hoping someone can help me find a tire that can withstand a 120 mile a day (2400 month) commute yet still let me play on the weekends without having to be replaced every other a month. Am thinking about the Bridgestone BT020 (I know, not the stickiest tire around). Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Go for BT020.... it's ggod for touring... i would not be as sticky as Bt010 but it does the job.. I've used it before on my Yammy XJR1200 i'm telling it's better than D207 ... corners and breaking.... good luck
Try the Michelin Sport, but the deritive that was specifically made for the hayabusas and ZZR1200's. I used one for a 4000km round trip to Philip Island to watch the moto GP last year, and it hung in in the twisties ok, and barely wore the slightest flat spot in 2 x 2000km rides over 2 days each. I have had the tyre sitting in my shed since late October last year and just refitted it as the dealer didn't have my regular tyres in stock & I was down to canvas patches. Once it wore the initial layer off it was fine all over again.
Good luck

I ran the Dunlop D220 on my Priller, took it in the twisties too and it was great.

I recenty used 014's and found them to be more sticky than I needed and the rear lasted 10,000km's (6213.71 miles). Although most of that was on twisty roads.

I run the pilot roads. I got 7000 miles out of my last set with a few Deals gap runs on them. I am going to run the new Contenential (sp?) road attack. I hope to give a report here soon.:riding
