The Genuine Yamaha part has a pad built into the cowl, and the lines are more angular, follows the lines of the 02 tail section identically. The above color also appears darker than the 02 silver. Someone 07-14-2002, 08:16 PM GYT looks super sweet and it's cheaper, like $150. And you know the color will match.
