Starting with "State Of The Art" precision-engineered equipment from Germany and Italy, our USA factory produces remanufactured motorcycle tires alongside 225 MPH rated Jet Transport aircraft tires, hand crafted by the same skilled artisans. In fact, our motorcycle tires go through the same processes and quality assurance as all of our aircraft tires. Every tire is thoroughly checked throughout the buildup and molding process, and cumulates the quality assurance procedure with state of the art Laser Shearography testing of the tire.
Our exclusive tread patterns and rubber compounds are designed to provide the rider with superb grip, stability and aesthetic appeal. We offer three varying rubber compounds to suit every style of riding:
RACE: Our softest and stickiest compound commonly used for track days and aggressive riding styles. This compound gives the rider the most grip at the expense of higher wear rates, and is comparable to D.O.T. legal race tire rubber.
SPORT: Our sport has a mildly harder rubber compound than the RACE, but is the best compromise for maximum grip on the street, and a longer wearing tire for less frequent tire changes. This compound is similar to high-end street radial tires.
MILEAGE: This compound is for everyday use and long wear. Touring, commuter and cross-country use are perfect for this tough, durable and dependable tire.
Each tire is labeled and serialized, and every tire remanufactured by our USA factory for road use is D.O.T. approved. Racing Slicks are not approved for road use. Compounds are derived from our
SPORT tire rubber, and have excellent dry and wet weather traction and grip.
