Just installed these bulbs last night. When you look directly at the lights, there is a slight tint of purple with a touch of gold. The actual beam itself is extremely white. From what I have seen, I feel these look closest to the HIDs on Audis or BMWs. I bought the PIAA peanut lights for the parking lights, and they look downright blue by comparison, though they are supposed to be super white--it looks good, but I want to find something brighter if I can.

I'll take some pics this weekend, and post them monday if anyone is interested.

Ya iam interested, what is the bulb code for the parking lights in the headlights? I was thinking of getting the plasma blue headlight bulbs not the super white

I don't know what the code is for the parking lights off hand, but they are standard peanut bulbs 12w/5v. Here are the pics. Sorry about the quality, but I didn't have the tripod, and didn't get the exposures quite right, but you get the idea.
