I have to give it to Chip and Ronayers.com. I got introduced to Ronayers and chip through Gixxer.com (my name is Gixxertib there) and he's always answered questions fast and every part i've ordered for the Gixxer or Tires for the R1 they have always come within 3-4 days at the most with the best prices. But this is an issue with the manufacture not the retailer. We call the customer as soon as possible if a tire is on backorder. That way you can decide if you would like to wait or cancel the order and order something we have in stock. Michelin Pilot Powers have been extremely popular and have exceed Michelins expectations of demand. This is not something we have any control over. If you would like to order another set of tires that we have in stock then we would be happy to swtich your order.

I have to say that I was very pleased with the price (BEST I FOUND) and service when I purchase my Diablos through you all. I don't think I'll shop any where else for tires! Although I did just buy a set of used from someone but the deal was too good to pass up!

My buddy ordered a tire several weeks ago and still has not received anything. Not even a confirmation... Maybe he made a mistake? The price was good, but only a few dollars cheaper from where I usually buy my tires. Which IMO is not worth waiting 2-3 weeks... I dunno but so far im not impressed... You can PM me for details... Have you buddy give us a call or shoot us an e-mail. If he never recived a order confirmation then I would suspect that there was a problem of some kind. We keep hundreds of tires in stock and most of the time the the shipping time is only based on how far out you are from us. Even if we have to order the tire from the manufacture then it would only take 7 - 10 day to get to you. The only reason it would take several weeks is it the tire is on back order from the manufacture (in which we would have attempted to make contact at least three times) or if there was a problem with the original order like a declined card (in which we would have made an attempt to contact) Please have your buddy contact us..... :thumbup

I ordered my last set of Metezler M1 tires from these guys and they were at my door in 3 days. :thumbup :thumbup

Thanks... yeah, this happens quite often with retailers on the web. If a product is clearly stated as being backordered then the customer should expect delays but if not then SHAME ON THE SELLER!

got my Pirelli Diablo from ronayers, i ordered it at like 11pm monday (so they got the order tuesday), it was at my house friday morning....can't beat that!! Ronayers.com is the way to go! i'll definately be supporting the site again

Thus far, I'm pretty happy with RonAyers. :thumbup I recently ordered a set of Pilot Powers for my '03 and received confirmation that they were on their way the next day. FedEx managed to lose them for a couple days on me (their tracking info simply stopped updating) but a call to FedEx's customer service got that straightened out a day later and I still received the tires in a reasonable timeframe. If FedEx hadn't screwed up, I would have had them far quicker than I would have thought possible! -David
