nick, sounds good but it takes me and the buddies almost 3.5 hours to get there, one way. would only be worth it we were staying to a trackday the next day. but if it works out great. got it the night of sept. 13th or oct.3?

I want to make sure I understand the post, does that mean 6 people total on the track all night? $150 is alot for only 2 hours, I spent the whole day at shannonville for $115 on wed. Not flaming just want to make sure I read it right. I might be interested, keep us posted.

Yep..you read it correctly, that's exactly what it means...most track days end up being 2 hours of track time anyways (even though you spend all day there)..usually 4 groups of 15 minutes runs each over 8 hours = 2 hours of track time in your group. The difference here is that there are 4-6 people instead of 60-80, you get your 2 hours of track time in over 2 - 2.5 hours rather than 8, you don't wait for 45 minutes or whatever to get back on the track (you join or pit as you wish).....basically a much more private session over a shorter time period than a full on track day....it also makes for a good workout. anyways, its not meant to be cheap (ie: if there's only 2 of us to go out then it runs around $325-$350 each), but on the flipside I'm not looking to make a dollar off it (back to the real day job rule)...its whatever the track charges me divided by the number of guys that are out to a max of 5 or 6... this is my version of friday afternoon golf. :)...also don't take this as me bashing large organized trackdays, I love trackdays, this is just a different buzz (like playing shinny in the backyard rather than an organized game)...hopes this helps explain.

As of right now the next date I'm looking at is the 24th-25th. tryin to avoid the tail end of hurricanes since that makes for shitty riding weather :) ...the 3rd sounds interesting...e-mail me at nmarkou@sympatico.ca and we can see if we can round up 5 or 6 riders between the two of us. I'll call in to see if Nelson or Fabi are available... Nick
