I'm considering buying this for my next jacket purchase... yes / no?

you can't go wrong with Alpinestars gear. I've owned Alpinestars gear in the past, and I've always been pleased with it. One thing to note is that Alpinestars leather is very stiff, and can take a lot of time to break in.

I crashed going 80-90 and hit the ground hard. No rips. I was amazed.... My boy just crashed the other day going 120 mph and he slid for over 30-40 yards and barely any rips. GREAT JACKET. AlpineStar Rocks
