I'm looking to prop up my bike without the swingarm. Does anybody use straps to hang from the rafters? blocks, etc.. If using the straps, were do you strap it on to the bike?

Lifted my friends F4 with and engine hoist. Just put a chain around the bottom of the upper triple clamp. Then jacked teh fron of the bike off the ground.

You can put straps on the frame or subframe,I change peoples tires that way and never fails
