Slow leak
I have an almost brand new set of Pilots. I have a slow leak in the rear. Ive checked the valve stem and its tight.
I have taken it to the local bike shop. They cant find it. But I still loose air. Anyone have any ideas? Will fix a flat work? That is what the local guy suggested when I called him the other day.
I am out of ideas and I really cant afford to drop the money on a new tire at the moment.

A small leak is hard to find ....be patient and look for white bubbles to appear ...takes awhile sometimes...if your adding air no one is stealing it .......the guy at the dealership may have not have checked it throughly

No something is not right ...do the bubble soap test .... better on stands....
rotate the tire on the stands while appling spray soap.....run your hands along the tread while spraying and spray the valve stem and the tire beads
(along the rim) wait about couple minuites and take notice of small patch of "foam" that may appear.....thats your leak......

I got a rear PP2CT about a year ago, during Michelin's front 2CT recall, that would not hold air.
It had a defect in the bead of the tire.
And I know at least one good rider who has noticed some minor quality control issues with Michelin lately. He says he's gotten a couple of PP2CTs that were a little out of round (no tire is perfectly round, but these had abnormal amount of runout).
I would get my $$$ back from the shop, and/or call Michelin.
