r1 2004 strange and poor power

Does anyone know whats wrong with my bike ? Had only 126HP ( on wheel) should be about 150 , moreover why so poor and full of holes torque

this graph shown power on shaft not on wheel( I hope its correct word in English) so it should be about 170HP and 105 Nm and we found only 150 and 99 with shity holes....

I had brandnew sparks, cleaned BMC filter yesterday, valve cleareance- week ago checked and adjusted - OK , gears ok , clutch ok,
about 33000 Kilometers, ( 19-20000 miles) everything is stock motor sounds and works great no errors, .. but power is like... :/

exup.. - -this graph is with 100% open exup, with exup is worse, yes . when I connect cables and adjust exup correct the graph is in every rpm is about 2-3% WORSE.

what could eat so many HP's and cause such a big holes ?
does anyone knows whats wrong ??
exhaust ? motor ?
thanks

my bike is also not running right ! it sounds good but it just dosnt have the hp or torque it is supposed to ! when i punch it or dump the clutch instead of coming up it just lunges forward ! no trouble codes are popping so what could it be?

My boy said its probably electrical maybe a coil but I feel if it were a coil it would be missing ! I damaged the main wire spool on the right side of the bike with multiple harnesses maybe a wire is shorting out but then I would expect a trouble code ! I don't know !!!!!!!!! Driving me fukcing crazzy !!!!!
