Just made this great wheelie.. did you see it?!

Stolen 2002 Silver/Black R1 in Jacksonville, NC
This morning between the hours of 2am and 8am some say @$$ stole my bike from my carport. Its pretty distinctive with its red carbon fiber windscreen and fade red brake and clutch levers. Its a silver and black 2002 mostly stock. Its got a dan moto carbon can on it and pilot power ct2s front and rear. please if you see it, run him over then call the law. I was in kuwait last year contracting and came home and have rode it for the past 2 months and now shes gone. any information would be greatly appreciated. I know there are some r1 guys in my area and Id love to get my bike back b4 I leave again the begining of dec. Sorry to hear. Hope you recover it.
Some people here will attack you for having it in a carport. I say it's your bike do what you want. Although leaving it out in the open merits some extra precautions. Ie theft deterrents.

Man thats fvcked up mate, i feel you anger. Mine was stolen earlier this week but i managed to recover it quickly....
This is the type of crime where the death penalty would actually work...
I truly hope you find it...

it wont let me load pictures. id really love to. And i live kinda out in the country, not a whole lot of traffic. so i think someone might have followed me one day and just kept casing the place.
the bike is in my avatar now.

Try using a host site like photobucket. Some good pics will make it a LOT more likely for people to recognize it if they have a mental image of it.

nice. My advice, stay on eBay, stay on craigslist, stay on the computer in general because they will most likely try to part it out. Otherwise, if I see it, I will issue a proper hanging.

I lived in Jville for 5 years when not deployed, place is a sheothole.
Always kept mine locked in the trailer. Good luck finding it man!

im watching them all like a hawk. hopefully i find a part of it and can get the rest. i dont really have a better place to keep it other than where it was, no garage or shed so it was kinda the only place. when i get back and buy my own place itll have a garage.

it didnt have base stickers but maybe the mp's will catch it in someones truck trying to make it through. if you have any way to alert the mp's please do. im not military so i can get to that anymore. thanks for keeping an eye out. also if you pm me ill give u my cell so u can get up with me, or just call the cops.
