Yeah, his neighbors might have an issue with that one. I bet brent would let him keep it at his house.

Meh, as long as we make pulls at reasonable hours...whatever...for that matter, I could clear some room in my garage for it... ....... ..

And I need some info please next summer if a track day falls on my days off (I cannot request a day off because I get two weeks off every month) got I'm going, and what major bad ass tracks are there I've only ridden njmp a few times, and wanted to go to vir next year, but what other major tracks are there? And who do guys ride with?
I'm spending this winter getting my bike prepped for the track more than the street,

Man, OH is really getting on the far Eastern parts of the nether-region. But, Most of the squad seems to hit up a good portion of tracks. There's a couple of trackday threads for '12 and '13 to give you an idea of where we're going.
Typically:
Road America
Black Hawk Farms
NOLA
VIR
Barber
CMP (Forum Memorial trackday)
And a few others. I forget the name of the one in Indy. Others will be sure to chime in as they live closer and do more trackdays. I haven't been on a bike since July '10. But, that's changing next year.

For some reason, I was thinking Putnam was in MI. Guess I'll have to find out for certain.
I will be joining a couple of friends of mine not on the forum and going to Heartland Park.

Putnam is 30 min west of indy off I70. Grattan is in south central michigan and Gingerman is off the coast of L Michigan near Benton Harbor. Both are fun tracks but Grattan is my nemesis. I always crash there.

What I've had since before then: '07 R1
Too many reasons to list as to why I haven't ridden since then. But, after nearly selling everything off, I'll be back on the track next year.

No idea why I was thinking that. I knew Grattan is in MI. Just thinking Putnam was there too.

I think this hurdle may be the best thing for you. Get over the hump and get on with living life.

there's no set organization to pay attention to, you just need to figure out what tracks you want to do, then look at what organizations are running days on them.

NESBA give a free elite membership if you do 12 days with them though....and they run a lot of the east coast/South tracks so if those are tracks you want to do it can be benificial to run with them.

true enough. i don't even give them an initial thought since track time isn't worth that much to me
