Y'all are such haters here.  I've hit 196 mph in my garage so it is absolutely possible.

Built 98 R1 vs 200+ mph 2011 ZX-10R. It's more possible than you think. Definitely need more than a titanium exhaust though! Tried to embed...don't know what I'm doing wrong...sorry!

Gasflow the head, add some race cams...in addition to what you have already stated. That may get you to your target.

I did 220 in the bedroom once. Apparently, just like through a school zone, speeding wasn't appricated in the bedroom either.
