I knew medical weed was legal but I just heard and should just Google it myself but I'm at work and don't exactly want to Google that here, but I heard it's recreational use is now legal like... 110% smoke a blunt in public.

They will have to take it to the supreme court. Until it is recognized by the Feds the DEA can come into any of the places selling it and bust them.

I don't have a problem with people smoking it. But, there are a lot of legal issues that need to be worked out before it is made legal. Also, I do not believe that it should be "smoke it anywhere". Home, coffee houses, etc. But, not while at work, driving, etc.

If you wrapped me in det cord and told me to head for the border you still would not succeed in getting me out of Texas.

The last I knew, crawling under or climbing over a border fence was illegal by Federal laws. They don't enforce that so what makes anybody think they will with this. Come one, come all...... free votes!
