So how is it the "Majority" of Americans (who vote) think we're better off now than 4 years ago. I realize being a tax paying middle aged white guy I'm now a minority... but I can't see how anyone thinks this is an improvement...

from a popular vote standpoint or an electorial college standpoint? The high level view says it wasn't close, but a lot of the states that swung Obama's way were close % wise and since its a winner take all for the electorial college, even if it isn't close at the high level doesn't mean it wasn't close.

Like Ron Paul would have had a shot. Keep dreaming. The liberal media has this country by the balls. There are way too many lazy, blood sucking leeches in this country that want everything handed to them.

In 4 years when the national debt is 12 trillion, the unemployment is 10+% and EPA regulations make us even more dependent on foreign energy liberals will still be blaming Bush.

This is a sad day in America. What made us the greatest nation in the world is gone. "Land of the Free and Home of the Brave" you say? No... we're the "Land of the Hand-outs and the Home of Entitlements."

It's already 16.2 trillion. In 4 years if we keep going like we are it will be in the 21-22 Trillion

I can see their stance though in that if it isn't going to get better under Romney (maybe "less worse") then fk it....at least when it is worse the dems can't say told you "conservative" principles don't work.

so the philosophy of the Paul camp is "all or nothing". If he doesn't get the nomination, then they see zero value in continuing to push the conservative party (at least from the stand point of being more conservative than the opposition) to gain at least a few steps in the direction they want to go?

I do know that, but it takes too long to type all the extra words every time I mention "the Paul camp". So, any time I say "the Paul camp", I mean those Paul supporters who took the approach of throwing the baby out with the bath water.
