Colorado's Amendment 64 will allow adults over 21 to possess up to an ounce of marijuana, though using the drug publicly would be banned. The amendment would allow people to grow up to six marijuana plants in a private, secure area.
Washington's measure establishes a system of state-licensed marijuana growers, processors and stores, where adults can buy up to an ounce. It also establishes a standard blood test limit for driving under the influence.

Keeping marijuana illegal is just stupid. I would go as far as making ALL drugs legal. if someone wants to smoke crack until they die, go ahead. its far more dangerous to citizens to allow criminals be in control.

You say that, but when a crackhead breaks into your house and takes your TV to pawn for some drugs, whats your response? Oh well

That's what is happening now due to the laws. Illegal drugs keep gangs in power and crack heads desperate. They will sell to children and murder anyone who gets in their way.
Making it legal would make it so the crack head would not have to steal TV's. Its on sale at the crack store

just because they say you have to be 21 to smoke it doesnt mean, minors wont smoke it still. I mean take a look at booze a ton of minors drink under age so a ton of minors will now start smoking weed underage because its more available. I think this is jusy going to further hurt the country if the feds end uo changing the laws to allow the distribution and manufacturing of MJ.

Bottom line:
They are crack heads.
They are having no problem getting it now.
They are only stealing TVs because crack is expensive.
It is only expensive because of the laws.
Criminals benefit from the laws and grow powerful as a result.
The laws do nothing to prevent crime or drug use.
If crack heads are getting their crack money from the welfare system, they would be able to stretch their crack dollar and get more for the money.
Their lifespan would be shortened significantly saving tax payers a ton of money.
We can even cut out the middle man and issue government crack.
Would anyone like to make the claim that the war on drugs is a success?

We have plenty of roads to tear up.... AND we have a kick ass track about 45 minutes east of Denver. www.highplainsraceway.com R1 Forum trackday anyone? I'm friends with the track manager, so we could set something up.

If you are serious about the forum trackday up there, please get with DanQ. It would be awesome to have more than one a year!
