That's incorrect that part is only for 02-03 the newer style has ram air already you can check graves for velocity stacks but they are big money.

The airbox of which you seek is a bit of unobtainium... There was a discussion of Nick @ 666 Racing recreating it in Simon_vlad's Build thread, but don't where or what that led to But the fact remains; that is one of the main components of getting more hp out of the crossplane...

I remember seeing that in an earlier thread... Did anyone test it for any performance gains?

You have one of the hottest crossplanes around- Your local dyno should do it for free

you have to drop the engine to put it in and you have to drop the engine to change spark plugs....easier...I don't think so

How much $$ you got? There is no part number for it, but if you seriously want it, it is part of the WSBK kit from sharkskinz. it works with the rest of their WSBK kit and I can make a call to see if I could have them make another set I don't think the stock airtubes will line up/seal well with it so you basically need the whole set. It isn't something you are going to price shop or find online.

Oooops, guess not, getting the tubes into the stock plenum is such a pain in the ass... but dropping the motor probably more so!
